Black Youth Leadership Program
The Black Youth Leadership Program empowers Black youth and young adults to grow in identity, character, confidence, leadership and community responsibility. It provides a positive, faith-based environment where participants can discover their purpose, develop their voice, build practical skills and become active contributors to their communities.

What Participants Gain
Participants are supported to become confident communicators, responsible team members, compassionate volunteers and purpose-driven leaders. They gain practical experience, stronger community connections, positive mentorship and opportunities to use their talents in meaningful ways.
